1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange after 3 days of delivery and within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required
• The product must be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns or replacements will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective or damaged product received
• Missing items or incomplete order
• Product materially different from the description shown on the website

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received damaged or incorrect:

• Customized or made-to-order uniforms
• Items tailored to specific measurements
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
• Clearance or sale items marked “Non-Returnable”
• Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Upon approval, return instructions will be shared
3. The product must be shipped back as instructed
4. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Price differences, if any, must be settled by the customer
• Exchange shipping timelines may vary by location

7. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses
